Pinnacle installs James Hardie® fiber cement, engineered wood, natural cedar shingles, CertainTeed® Cedar Impressions® (polymer shakes), and Everlast® Advanced Composite Siding.
James Hardie® fiber cement and Everlast® composite excel in salt air and wind. Cedar also performs well with proper treatment, flashing, and maintenance.
Fiber cement offers exceptional stability and non-combustibility with crisp, painted-wood looks. Engineered wood is lighter with strong impact resistance and authentic grain; both can be factory-finished for low maintenance.
Yes—Cedar Impressions® deliver the hand-split cedar look with minimal upkeep, no rot, and consistent color—ideal when you want “real cedar” aesthetics without frequent staining.
Everlast® uses a mineral-reinforced composite core with an acrylic cap, so it won’t swell, rot, or need painting. It provides tight seams, rich color, and long service life for premium exterior upgrades.
All premium systems are decades-durable when installed to spec. Fiber cement and composites need periodic washing; engineered wood and cedar require finish maintenance (stain/paint cycles) over time.
Lap, board-and-batten, shingles/shakes, and panelized looks—plus trim, soffit, and accent options to match traditional New England or modern designs.
We use coastal-grade WRB, flashing, kick-out flashings, joint/trim details, and stainless or hot-dip galvanized fasteners. Where appropriate, we add a vented rainscreen for drainage and drying.
Yes—performance comes from the assembly: air-sealing, proper WRB, and optional continuous exterior insulationbehind the cladding. We design this into the project without compromising aesthetics.
